The standard release every creator signs before joining the vexo.club network.
This is the exact template we use. If you are a creator considering joining our roster, this is what you will be asked to agree to. No surprises.
1. Image & Likeness Rights. I grant VEXOCORE IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“vexo.club”) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use my portrait, name, handle, and likeness on vexo.club and in campaign materials for the purpose of representing me to brand partners. This license persists for the duration of my active roster membership plus 12 months after removal.
2. Metrics Disclosure. I consent to vexo.club displaying my follower count, engagement rate, and platform handles on vexo.club if I opt into public metrics. I understand I may withdraw this consent at any time, at which point my profile will display “Metrics upon request.”
3. ASCI Compliance. I agree to include clear #ad / #sponsored disclosure on all paid partnership content brokered through vexo.club, and to use platform-native paid-partnership tags where available. I understand that failure to disclose may result in removal from the roster.
4. Content Pre-Approval. I agree to submit draft content for brand and compliance review before publishing. I understand that vexo.club acts as an intermediary and that the brand retains final approval on creative direction.
5. Payment Terms. I understand that vexo.club reconciles creator payments within 14 days of campaign completion and signed deliverable acceptance. Payment is net-14 via NEFT/IMPS to the bank account on file.
6. Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, vexo.club will remove my profile from public view within 7 business days.
7. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
